Our Mission

Our mission is to provide the best possible care to our clients and their families during traumatic events. You can count on our team to provide compassionate, discrete, and professional service and guidance during every step of the biohazard remediation process.

  • All BioteamNY-PA technicians are certified with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup, and many hold additional specialized certifications including Water Remediation and Odor Remediation as well as Health and Safety and Lead Safe Construction practices.

  • Our staff and technicians are OSHA-certified and have extensive knowledge regarding bloodborne pathogen exposure, emergency trauma response and hazardous waste operations. We provide our technicians with ongoing and up-to-date training with local fire departments, the IICRC and other organizations to provide them with the best resources available to ensure your home or property is returned to a safe and habitable condition.

  • BioteamNY-PA complies with strict OSHA guidelines for handling and disposal of biohazardous waste. All of our vehicles are licensed to transport biohazardous waste to approved treatment facilities around New York and Pennsylvania. Our Personal Protective Equipment is NIOSH compliant and our chemicals are all EPA registered and approved.
